Edward Chairvolotti, MBA, AIF®, CEFEX
Edward Chairvolotti holds FINRA Series 7, 24,63 and 66 licenses through LPL Financial and is certified by the Center for Fiduciary Excellence. He is approved by LPL Financial to act as your Retirement Plan 3(38) ERISA Fiduciary Investment Manager. He also sits on the Leadership Council of the National Association of Plan Advisors. Edward received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He was recently named one of Financial Times Top Financial Advisers of 2016 and Plan Adviser’s 2017 Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisers.

Rick Frink
Rick Frink joined Chairvolotti Financial in February 2026 as Managing Partner and Head of Sales, bringing more than four decades of experience in the retirement plan services and investment management industry. His relationship with Chairvolotti Financial began in 2012 during his tenure as National Sales Manager, Retirement Services, at Equitable Life Assurance Company. Early in that partnership, it became clear that Chairvolotti Financial’s value‑added approach to the retirement plan market created a unique opportunity for the two organizations to combine their expertise and deliver tailored investment solutions to clients.
Before joining Chairvolotti Financial, Rick held senior leadership roles at New York Life Insurance Company, a Fortune 100 organization, and at Definiti, LLC, a national third‑party administrator. Throughout his career, he has recruited, trained, managed, and developed hundreds of retirement plan wholesalers at both regional and national levels. Rick has long been a strong advocate for the critical work financial advisors and retirement plan wholesalers do to support and add value for their clients.
Rick holds FINRA Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses and is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA).
